Rehabilitation Technology Transition Center
The RTTC will focus on Focus on transitioning federally supported research, including the technology developed through the $70 million DARPA Revolutionizing Prosthetics 2009 Program, into patient care to improve the quality of life for injured military servicemen and veterans, as well as civilian patient populations. The RTTC is needed to realize the intended benefit of the substantial investment made in prosthetic research since the start of the war efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
